Vinovore Safari Sunset Orange is a natural wine crafted from 100% Pinot Blanc grapes, sourced from the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy. This wine is a collaboration between Vinovore, led by Coly Den Haan, and the Randi winery, a family-owned estate known for its commitment to sustainable and organic farming practices. The wine undergoes a skin-contact fermentation process lasting 22 days. The extended skin contact results in a wine that is rich and creamy with notes of tangerine pulp, yellow heirloom tomatoes, and nutty almond skins. It also features a refreshing finish with hints of orange creamsicle, eucalyptus, and wild herbs.
