Description
Nouveau Litre is a natural red wine produced by Raphaël Beysang and Emélie Hurtubise in Saint-Germain-Nuelles, southern Beaujolais. Crafted from 100% Gamay grapes sourced from organically farmed vineyards, the wine reflects the region’s diverse terroirs, including sandy soils. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo whole-cluster fermentation with minimal intervention—no pigeage or pumpovers—to preserve the fruit’s integrity. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts, and the wine is aged briefly in neutral vessels. Bottled unfiltered and without added sulfur.
