This 2021 expression utilize a traditional mash bill of malted and unmalted barley, representing the ultra-aged pinnacle of the brand’s core range. The liquid matured for 27 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, before undergoing a final maturation period in Ruby Port pipes sourced from the Douro Valley in Portugal.
