Nose: Delicate herbal tea, soft cinnamon, dried orange peel.
Palate: Earl Grey tea, viscous, dark chocolate coffee beans, warm spice finish.
Mash Bill: 94% Rye, 5% Malted Barley, 1% Wheat.
Aging: A blend of 4 to 6 year old Ryes.
