Description
A structured white from Piedmont made with Cortese from a 1985-planted vineyard on silt soils with naturally low yields. Fermented with native yeasts and three days of skin contact in stainless steel, it builds subtle texture and depth. Aged in acacia barrels and bottled with no added sulfur, the wine shows a focused, minimal intervention style.
