1/2 liter of orange wine from the legend himself! With 2-4 months maceration, 4 years in neutral oak, and 2 years in bottle. This is an incredibly refined orange with with stone fruit, nuttiness, ginger and other spice, as well as mushrooms and forest floor. Beautifully high acid with a saline texture and wonderful minerality.
