Description

This Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon showcases a deep ruby/purple core with shaved cocoa, black fruit, cinnamon, and sweet tobacco aromas. The mouthfeel has great density and polish in the texture with incredible length. The 2021 vintage is a rare mix of boldness and finesse. Hand-harvested at night to ensure cool temperatures, we cold soak the berriesto draw color and develop flavors while elevating in stainless steel tanks, then aged in French oak barrels, 75% new for 14 months, the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
