Description
Rémi Poujol Brutal!!! is a natural red wine from the Languedoc region in southern France. The wine is a blend of Carignan and Mourvèdre grapes from Poujol’s 10-hectare vineyard near Pézenas. The vineyard is cultivated organically, with Poujol employing two horses to plow and maintain soil health and biodiversity. The grapes undergo a shorter maceration period in the cellar than usual, resulting in a bright and vibrant wine. Fermentation occurs naturally with indigenous yeasts, and the wine is bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfites, adhering to the principles of the S.A.I.N.S. association, which promotes zero-input winemaking.
