Description
Rogue Vine Pipeño Tinto is crafted by winemakers Leo Erazo and Justin Decker from a small vineyard in Guarilihue, Itata Valley, first planted in the early 1800s. This Chilean field blend contains 60% Cinsault, 30% País, and 10% Carignan from organically farmed bush vines on decomposed granite soils. The grapes are hand-harvested and horse-plowed, naturally fermented in concrete globes using native yeasts with minimal sulfur.
