Ruth Lewandowski Anos NV is a dry orange co-ferment produced by Evan Lewandowski of Ruth Lewandowski Wines from 100% organically farmed fruit at Fox Hill Vineyard on the Talmage Bench in Mendocino County, California. The wine blends three Italian varieties — Montepulciano, Trebbiano, and Friulano — whose shared “-ano” ending inspired the wine’s name. Each variety is vinified separately: Montepulciano undergoes whole-cluster fermentation and bladder pressing, Trebbiano is destemmed and macerated through fermentation, and Friulano is split between direct press and skin contact. Ruth Lewandowski Anos NV is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfites.
