full carbonic maceration, allowing whole clusters to ferment in a carbon dioxide-rich environment for approximately ten days. Following fermentation, the wine spends five months on lees in stainless steel, Flextank, and old barrels before bottling unfined and unfiltered, with no sulfur added.

Feints presents a translucent ruby hue. The nose offers bright, poppy aromas of cranberry, complemented by herbal and floral notes. On the palate, it delivers juicy red fruit flavors with a refreshing acidity and subtle herbal undertones, leading to a clean, invigorating finish. This light-bodied wine is best enjoyed slightly chilled. 11.8% ABV
