Ruth Lewandowski Stock-Pot Grüner Veltliner is a natural orange wine from California made by winemaker Evan Lewandowski from organically farmed Grüner Veltliner grapes sourced from Mendocino County vineyards. The wine undergoes whole cluster skin maceration for 7-10 days during spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and no temperature control. After full native malolactic conversion, the wine matures for five months on lees with minimal intervention. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfites, reflecting Ruth Lewandowski’s commitment to natural winemaking practices and regenerative farming methods.
