Nose: Delicate and impressive depth on the nose.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.

Distillery Information
Founder and owner, Ed Carey, came across the historic brand, S. N. PIKES MAGNOLIA SPIRITS, which started in 1849 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Pike sourced the very best bourbon and whiskey and sold them throughout the United States and into Europe. Magnolia Spirits were highly sought after spirits until Prohibition put the company, along with many others, out of business. In 2020, Ed and his daughter and partner, Meagan, revived the long-lost brand in Columbus, Ohio. Our goal in recreating Pikes Magnolia Spirits brand is to act in the Samuel Pike tradition by seeking out and sourcing special quality bourbon and whiskey. In keeping with the S.N. Pike legacy, we carry a rye whiskey (his best seller), along with a barrel strength wheated bourbon and 94 proof wheated bourbon. We have licensed our bourbon and whiskey to APG beverages (Noble Cut Distillery) who finishes and bottles Magnolia Spirits under the direction of Ed. We are currently available in four U.S. states and Alberta, Canada.
