Description
Employing a traditional Nixtamalization method, an ancient and authentic approach to crafting tortillas, Sabor Mexicano initiates the process by cooking whole corn overnight with limestone. After allowing it to settle, they wash and grind it using volcanic stones, manually adjusting it until achieving the desired texture, ultimately transforming it into tortillas which are then fried into chips. Sabor Mexicano’s Home Made Tortilla Chips undergo minimal processing, contain no added preservatives, and are crafted solely from simple, certified non-GMO ingredients.
