Bosco: 50%, Vermentino: 25%, Albarola: 25% (estimated)
Cantina Sassarini was founded by Natale Sassarini in 1968. The grapes are vinified in steel at a controlled temperature. Once fermentation is finished, the wine remains on its lees for four months, during which a couple of battonages are carried out weekly to help the wine achieve its balanced structure and aromas. Bright straw yellow; the nose dominated by fine hints of lemon balm, hawthorn, and grapefruit with a mint finish. Acidity and flavor balance each other, giving balance and persistence. 13% ABV
