Description
Sete Bia is a natural orange wine from the Lazio region of Italy, reviving abandoned vineyards in the Amaseno River Valley. Bia is crafted from 100% Ottonese grapes, a local white variety known for its versatility and expressive character. The vines are approximately 70 years old, contributing to the wine’s depth and complexity. Grapes are hand-harvested, the must undergoes a 20-day skin maceration. Spontaneous fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts, the wine is aged on fine lees for 11 months, bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no added sulfites.
