Description
Sete Vini Naturali Tropicale is made from 70% Ottonese, 20% Trebbiano, and 10% Moscato grown organically in Priverno, Lazio. The 35-year-old vines grow on clay-limestone soils in the Amaseno River Valley. Emiliano Giorgi and Arcangelo Galuppi foot-tread the grapes, then directly press them. Spontaneous fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts in fiberglass tanks, followed by eight months aging on fine lees. Sete Vini Naturali Tropicale is unfined, unfiltered, and no added sulfites. Bottled at approximately 11-12% alcohol, part of a project rescuing abandoned vineyards.
