Description
Our Seven Cities Sauvignon Blanc is an excellent example of Chile’s signature style. Its sharp acidity is countered by smooth textures, with mouthwatering minerality and citrus. The famous Maule Valley is Chile’s oldest wine valley, established over a century ago. Here our local winemaking partners tend to 1000 acres of sustainable vineyard, transforming four generations of knowledge into wines overflowing with Chilean spirit. Maule Valley’s secret lies in its soils. Minerals and sediment deposited by rain and rivers make them rich in nutrients, while larger bits of rock create easy water drainage. As roots delve deep into the earth, searching for water, they unearth a rich geological history, channeling it into the grapes. This results in captivating wines with distinctly Chilean character.
