Siembra Valles High Proof Blanco Tequila is an assertive 94-proof blanco that borrows production techniques from maestro mezcaleros. Flavor profiles vary by batch, but it’s always an experience in Valles terroir.

This High Proof Blanco features a tahona (stone wheel), bagasse to spark fermentation, and months of resting in glass demijohns. Corn-cob-capped demijohns allow micro-oxygenation, helping us distill to proof without masking delicate aromas and flavors.
