Description
Moncayo mountain stands alone in the middle of Campo de Borja and towers above the plains. The highest peak in a line of mountains hundreds of miles long, its influence can be felt all across this wine growing region. The special microclimate is an incredible place for vineyards that boast nutrient-rich soils and a Mediterranean climate with just the right amount of sunshine. The Sinigual Bodega 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon utilizes grapes grown in this fertile climate. With ripe red fruit flavors and mild tannins, this lush wine is ready to be enjoyed in its youthful state. We think this mountain cuvée is especially great when paired with Mediterranean food. And it is a hit with the judges—it took home a silver medal at the 2018 International Women’s Wine Competition!
