Monterey County brings balanced acidity and minerality from its gravelly, dry riverbed soils. San Antonio Valley’s long growing season allows for full, deep flavors of plum and currants. The warmer Hanes region creates intense blackberry and spice aromas. The warm growing region of Paso Robles brings black cherry notes and supple fermented in French oak for up to 10 months allows these flavors to mingle into a single robust and richly layered wine.
