So Far Out Memory Palace Sauvignon Blanc 2024 is a dry white wine made from 100% certified organic Sauvignon Blanc sourced from Santa Barbara County vineyards in the Los Alamos area and Santa Ynez Valley, California. Winemaker Andrew Jones of Field Recordings ferments the wine in stainless steel to preserve the grape’s natural freshness and acidity, with minimal intervention throughout. So Far Out is a collaboration between Jones, fifth-generation Santa Barbara County farmer Mike Testa, and wine industry veteran Jamil Williams. The result is light-bodied, crisp, and mineral-driven, with no pretension and approximately 13% ABV.
