Description
Consistency in Chaos is a Syrah from the Cuatro Esquinas Vineyard at the upper end of Sonoma Valley’s Carneros region, originally planted in the 1990s by Phil Coturri and now farmed organically using regenerative practices by Shaunt and Diego of Les Lunes. The 2023 vintage brought exceptionally pristine fruit—tight, black clusters with dense flavor. Two lots were vinified: one with 50% whole clusters infused with direct-press juice over three weeks; the other underwent 5–6 weeks of whole-cluster carbonic maceration. The combined cuvée showcases both structure and lift, aged to highlight the vineyard’s expression and the vintage’s balance.
