Description
Stamnaki Assyrtiko 2024 is a dry white wine produced under the Stamnaki label by Denthis, the cooperative project of small family growers organized by Greek wine importer Eklektikon. The grapes are 100% Assyrtiko sourced from organically farmed vineyards in the Peloponnese region of mainland Greece, grown on limestone soils at an average vine age of 17 years. Vinification is straightforward: cold stainless steel fermentation with no malolactic conversion, preserving the variety’s natural acidity and fruit profile. Stamnaki Assyrtiko 2024 is bottled under PGI Peloponnese at 12% ABV.
