Carl T. is their small batch signature bourbon named after 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. After 4 years of aging in new, charred American Oak, this Carl T. batch was transferred into unused Seguin Moreau Vanilla Toast bourbon barrels to age an additional 8 months. This process provides intense oak notes, enhanced vanilla flavor, and mellowed rye spiciness. We DO NOT ship item is for in-store pickup only.
