Description
Succés Vinícola’s El Prat is a natural white wine crafted from 100% Macabeu grapes from 55-year-old bush-trained vines in Cabra del Camp, within Catalonia’s Conca de Barberà region. These vineyards, situated at an elevation of 500 meters, thrive in clay soils, contributing to the wine’s distinctive minerality. The winemaking process involves a three-day maceration on skins and whole clusters, followed by spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on fine lees for three to four months before bottling, without filtration or added sulfites, allowing the pure expression of the Macabeu grape and its terroir.
