This cuvée is a blend of Malbec, Mourvèdre, Pinot Noir, and Verdelho, sourced from organically farmed vineyards in Oregon and Washington. The grapes undergo a brief skin maceration of 5-6 hours before a gentle press, followed by fermentation and aging in neutral French oak for eight months.
