Description
Tenuta Selvadolce Crescendo Bianco is a natural white wine made from Pigato grapes farmed biodynamically in Liguria, Northwestern Italy. The vineyards are terraced at about 170 meters above sea level as it is traditional in Liguria. Crescendo undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeast in wooden casks, bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfites.
