Tessier Winery’s Pét-Nat Rosé of Pinot Noir originates from the organic Christie vineyard in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The grapes are gently crushed by foot and left to macerate on the skins for 12 hours before being pressed, fermented, and aged in stainless steel. The wine displays a robust pink hue and offers aromas reminiscent of lilies, raspberries, and strawberry cotton candy. It boasts a lively acidity that culminates in a finish with distinct wet stone notes.
