2022 – Planted 1985 on Volcanic, Nekia soils. Self-rooted vines. Minimal intervention, dry faming, no irrigation. Hand harvested, destemmed, short-skin maceration. Wild yeast collected from the vineyard site (pied de Cuvee). Neutral oak barrels.
