Description
The Marigny Carbonic Pinot Gris is crafted by winemaker Andy Young in Oregon’s Willamette Valley from 100% Pinot Gris grapes. This natural orange wine undergoes seven days of whole-cluster carbonic maceration in stainless steel tanks before pressing. The grapes ferment with native yeasts, completing malolactic fermentation on full solids. Aged 75% in stainless steel, 25% in neutral barrels, it’s bottled without fining or filtration with minimal sulfur additions.
