Description
Tintero Vino Rosso NV is a red wine blend from Piedmont, Italy, produced by Cantine Elvio Tintero in Mango. The wine combines 50% Barbera, 40% Dolcetto, 5% Nebbiolo, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from different parts of Piedmont. Grapes undergo temperature-controlled maceration for 3-4 days, followed by 15-day fermentation after must separation. The wine ages seven to eight months in stainless steel tanks before bottling unfiltered.
