Torbellino, which loosely translates to whirlpool, is inspired by famous 20th-century water wheels that have historically been used to bring water to the Rapel Valley. Today, these nearly 100-year-old wheels still give life to this dry, sun-soaked region. Cabernet Sauvignon is a warmth-loving variety, meaning it feels right at home in the valley’s Meditterean climate, allowing rich fruit flavors and robust tannins to ripen.
