Description
A lot of interesting history has occurred along the 42nd parallel. Established by the Spanish as the top of their empire in the new world, and also outlined as the northern border of the newly established state of California in 1848. This Spanish wine is all about balance and power, the Monastrell grape has a voluptuous body with powerful fruit flavors and a kiss of spice. The tannins on this wine blend in beautifully, they are the perfect balance to the dark fruits. This wine pairs particularly well with Spanish foods. Judges love it too! It took home a Gold medal from the 2019 Texas International Wine Competition.
