Description
Les 3 Bonhommes by Marie and Vincent Tricot is produced in Auvergne, a region known for its volcanic soils rich in limestone, clay, and basalt. The wine is crafted from 100% Pinot Noir, sourced from 40-year-old vine farmed organically. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 12 months in wooden casks and bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no sulfur added. This low-intervention method allows the wine to express the purity of its terroir.
Les 3 Bonhommes offers fresh and fruity raspberry, cherry, and mushroom notes. It has a bright acidity, a light body, and a slightly earthy finish with crunchy tannins.
