Tricot Les Milans Pinot Noir is a natural wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, hand-harvested from organic vineyards. The winemaking process includes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in barriques, and the wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels. It is bottled without fining or filtration, with minimal sulfur added. The natural winemaking approach highlights the expression of the unique terroir, giving the wine a distinct minerality and complexity. Aromas of red berries with cherry, earth, and spice flavors. It is light-bodied with a lively acidity and a clean, mineral-driven finish.
