Off of a minimum of 60 year old vines. Beautiful complexity and aromatic concentration thanks to the old vines. Aromas of dried apricots, citrus fruit and acacia. On the palate it is eshy and ample, thanks to the Muschelkalk, supported by a ne and precise acidity. It reveals notes of honey and pastry aromas. The finish is long and saline. 14% ABV
