Description
This wine is entirely dry and, despite its gentle texture on the palate, offers an abundance of berry, cherry, and spice notes. Its remarkable complexity is surprising given its light-bodied Rosé’s production involved gently crushing the grenache and mourvèdre grapes, sending them directly to the press. To create a Provençal-style rosé that avoids a dark color and excessive tannins, skin contact was limited to just a few hours. The wine undergoes complete fermentation until it’s entirely dry and is then aged in stainless steel or concrete tanks before bottling. Malolactic fermentation was intentionally prevented to preserve the wine’s refreshing acidity.
