As night falls, temperatures plummet thanks to cooling winds from the nearby Andes Mountains. This puts ripening on pause and preserves the grape’s natural acidity. Throughout the summer, the region’s clay soils naturally hold onto water and keep vines refreshed. This harmonious relationship between climate and grape variety allows for a balanced, fruit-forward wine.
