Viña Echeverria, a family-owned estate established in 1923 near Molina, produces this natural wine using wild fermentation without added sulfites. The vineyards benefit from the valley’s Mediterranean climate, positioned between the Pacific Ocean and Andes Mountains, with limestone and volcanic soils. The wine remains unfiltered, preserving its natural character. The Curicó Valley’s cool nights and warm days create favorable conditions for País cultivation, an heritage grape variety grown in Chile since Spanish colonial times.
