Description
Vigna Flor Luna Tantum is a natural red wine produced in the Colli Euganei region of Veneto, Italy. The Luna Tantum cuvée is a blend of several grape varieties, including Carménère, Garganega, Marzemino, Merlot. The grapes are hand-harvested from organically farmed vineyards. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Partial whole-cluster maceration during alcoholic fermentation, lasting about 18 days with frequent punch-downs. Gentle basket pressing to extract juice without excessive tannins. Aged six months in an old 10-hectoliter chestnut barrel, followed by six months in stainless steel tanks, gravity bottling without filtration or fining.
