We use it at home for everything. With sea salt from Sicily, fresh rosemary, sage and garlic grown on the estate (Marlunghe) in the Veneto region…the combination is magical.
When you’re about to grill up a steak…instead of using that weak sauce you’ve always used…step up…be a man. Grab this salt and some pepper. Take a pinch of salt out of the a pinch now. Sprinkle it on one side of that cut. Grab the pepper grinder and grind some fresh pepper on the other side. Commence grilling! Trust me, you’ll thank me.
We always have this salt in stock since we use it at home. If I sprinkle it on my steaks…then it’s good enough for yours!
