Villa Dora’s Vesuvio Piedirosso is produced from ungrafted Piedirosso vines on the southern slopes of Mount Vesuvius. These vineyards thrive in volcanic soils rich in minerals, which impart unique flavors to the wine. The winemaking process is organic, focusing on minimal intervention, allowing the terroir to shine through.
This Piedirosso offers vibrant red fruit flavors like cherry and raspberry, complemented by earthy notes and a touch of volcanic minerality. The tannins are soft, and the wine has a refreshing finish.
