Description
Straw yellow color with green tones. Aromas of orange peel, green tea and white flowers. On the palate, delicate with a round, creamy texture. Full-bodied, balanced acidity and a long finish. Plenty of dried pineapple, sliced apple, pie crust, and flint on the nose. Medium-bodied with a refined and reserved palate of apple pie, dried earth, stone, and chalk. Fermented in 12- to 25-hectoliter casks.
