Refined and elegant, offering wet-stone minerality, white fruit, nectarines, and a twist of lime zest. a refined, creamy, and mineral-driven profile. It features notes of green apple, lemon, and pear, characterized by high acidity, no oak, and a silky texture. 13.5% ABV
