Gorgeous, deep ruby color. The rich aroma shows the wine’s depth: black cherry, plum, and black currant with a touch of spice. This wine’s overall taste is firm. It has a medium body and is rich in tannins, but it also has the suppleness typical of Feteasca Neagra. The flavors of ripe black fruits and aging in wooden barrels are reminiscent of fine Bordeaux wines. The wine is rich in tannins, but there is no over-the-top astringency. The medium acidity integrates very well with the other elements and creates an elegant balance. 13.5% ABV
