Vini Rabasco Damigiana Rosato Montepulciano is crafted exclusively from Montepulciano grapes sourced from the San Desiderio vineyard, the estate’s oldest and highest-elevation site in Abruzzo, Italy. The vineyard sits on clay and limestone soils at 450 meters above sea level, managed organically without chemical treatments. Winemaker Iole Rabasco employs traditional methods, aging the wine in 54-liter glass damigiana vessels until spring bottling. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and receives no added sulfites.
