Description
Vini Rabasco Vino Bianco da Pasto Cancelli 2024 is a dry white wine made from 100% Trebbiano grown on biodynamically farmed 40-year-old vines in the Cancelli parcel near Loreto Aprutino, Province of Pescara, Abruzzo. The vines sit at approximately 1,475 feet elevation on calcareous clay soils rich in fossils and river sediments, trained in the traditional tendone pergola system. Iole Rabasco of Vini Rabasco hand-harvests the grapes and presses them directly before spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel. Vino Bianco da Pasto Cancelli 2024 is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without any added sulfites. 12.5% ABV. Abruzzo, Italy.
