Description
Waterman Brewing Company’s Snow Leopard Pilsner is a classic American-style Pilsener with a straw to deep gold color. It features medium to high hop bitterness, flavor, and aroma, with a preference for noble-type hops. The beer incorporates up to 25% corn and/or rice in the grain bill. It has a light-medium to medium body and should not exhibit DMS, fruity esters, or diacetyl. There should be no chill haze. The ABV is 5.6%.
