Description
Wavy Wines Ls Gris Pinot Gris 2024 is a dry skin-contact orange wine made by Los Angeles-based natural wine project Wavy Wines, founded in 2019 by Jude Zasadzki and Eliot Kessel. A co-ferment of Pinot Gris and Chardonnay sourced from organically farmed vineyards across Northern California, the fruit macerates on skins in stainless steel for two to three weeks with native yeasts before being drained as free-run juice only. Wavy Wines Ls Gris Pinot Gris 2024 is aged in stainless steel and neutral oak, then bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfites at 12% ABV.
